The top two teams automatically qualify from each of the nine regions, for a total of 18 teams. 14 additional teams will be selected at-large for a 32-team field.

The first four regional finishers not from an automatic qualifying or at-large team also secure an auto-bid to the championships.

The championships are scheduled for Saturday, November 21 at Indiana State University.

About the Course

The Dale Watts '71 Cross Country Course, opened in the fall of 2014, is the premier cross country course in the state of Texas.

The Watts Course has served host to two SEC Championships (2015 and 2024) and six NCAA South Central Region meets (2015, 2017, 2018, 2022, 2024 and 2026). It is located within the Hildebrand Equine Complex at 3242 F and B Road and is accessible from F and B Road off the corner intersection with 2818 (Harvey Mitchell Parkway).

Admission is free and spectator parking will be available in Lot 126 (in front of the Hildebrand Equine Complex).
