COLLEGE STATION, Texas –Texas A&M plays its final home match of the regular season on Wednesday as the Aggies play host to the LSU Tigers at 6:30 p.m. at Reed Arena. It will be Senior Night, and A&M's five seniors—Victoria Arenas, Jazzmin Babers, Emily Hardesty, Katelyn Labhart and Kaysie Shebeneck—will be honored following the match, which will be streamed on SEC Network + and the WatchESPN app. It also will be Fan Appreciation Night, and the first 300 fans will receive a free hat.
Texas A&M (19-8, 13-3 SEC) has won 13 of its last 15 matches and is in fourth place in the SEC standings. With two matches remaining, the Aggies are only one match behind both Florida and Missouri for second place and 1 ½ games behind league-leader Kentucky. The Wildcats took over first place with a 25-18, 23-25, 25-21, 28-26 victory over the Aggies on Sunday in Lexington, Kentucky, snapping Texas A&M's season-high eight-match winning streak.
LSU is 9-18 overall and in 12th place in the SEC with a 4-12 conference record. The Tigers have lost their last two matches, including a 25-15, 25-27, 26-24, 25-20 loss at Tennessee in the Tigers' most recent outing.

TEXAS A&M-LSU ALL-TIME SERIES
- Texas A&M has won the last two meetings and is 26-15 all-time against LSU, the Aggies' most common opponent among teams in the SEC.
- The series is tied at 7-7 in matches played in College Station, with the Tigers going home victorious in three of their last four visits to Reed Arena.
- A&M holds a 4-2 lead over LSU since the teams began meeting as SEC foes in 2012, but LSU is 2-1 in SEC matches played in College Station.
- Earlier this season, the Aggies improved to 9-3 all-time in matches played in Baton Rouge and won their fourth consecutive match at the Pete Maravich Center with a 22-25, 25-14, 25-13, 25-6 victory over the Tigers on Sept. 30. The 58 total points scored by LSU broke the A&M all-time record for fewest points allowed in the 25-point scoring era, which began in 2008. In addition, LSU's six points in the fourth and final set tied the A&M record for fewest points allowed in a single set.
- Junior outside hitter Kiara McGee led the Aggies with 16 kills while hitting a career-high .519. Senior middle blocker Jazzmin Babers and freshman outside hitter Hollann Hans pitched in 10 kills apiece, and junior setter Stephanie Aiple tied her career high with eight kills. Aiple also dished out 42 assists while directing the Aggies' offense to a .344 hitting efficiency. Defensively, Babers had 10 blocks and senior defensive specialist Victoria Arenas had a team-high 13 digs as the Aggies held the Tigers to a .074 hitting efficiency, the third lowest hitting percentage by an A&M opponent this season. Overall, Texas A&M led LSU in total kills (59-39), assists (51-35) digs (62-49) and blocks (15-4).
- LSU's most recent win over the Aggies was Nov. 6, 2014, in College Station. The Tigers defeated A&M, 3-2 (20-15, 25-16, 25-9, 22-25, 15-13), marking the sixth five-set match over 10 meetings.

BUILDING BLOCK RECORDS
- Texas A&M leads the SEC and is ranked 12th in the nation with 2.85 blocks per set for the full season. The Aggies also lead the league with 2.93 blocks per set in conference matches only, putting the Aggies on pace to break the school SEC season record of 2.65 blocks per set, posted last year.
- Senior middle blocker Jazzmin Babers broke the A&M all-time career record for block assists against Tennessee on Nov. 6 and now has 478, shattering the previous school record of 456 block assists held by Cindy Lothspeich (1994-97).
- Babers, who sports a 1.26 blocks per set average for her career, needs only eight blocks to break the A&M all-time career record of 552 total blocks held by Lothspeich. Babers is currently third in the A&M records with 545 total blocks and needs only three total blocks to surpass Amber Woolsey (1996-99) for second place.

- Babers is 10th in the career records with 67 block solos.
- Sophomore middle blocker Kaitlyn Blake is quickly moving up in the Texas A&M season block assists records and currently is tied for fifth with 134. She needs only two block assists to move into sole possession of fourth place, passing Babers who had 135 block assists last season. Blake is 21 blocks away from breaking the record of 154 set by Amber Woolsey in 1999.

- Texas A&M has led its opponent in hitting percentage in 22 of 27 matches. The Aggies are 19-3 when leading in hitting percentage and 0-5 when trailing in hitting percentage.

- LSU is 9-18 overall and in 12th place in the SEC standings with a 4-12 conference record.
- The Tigers, who conclude a three-match road stretch on Wednesday against the Aggies, are 3-7 in away matches this season, including 2-6 in away SEC matches.
- Most recently, the Tigers fell to Tennessee, 3-1 (25-15, 25-27, 26-24, 25-20) on Sunday in Knoxville, Tenn. Freshman outside hitter Sydney Mukes came off the bench and posted a team-high 14 kills with only one error in 25 swings for a .520 hitting efficiency. Libero Kelly Quinn had 20 digs, and Olivia Beyer led the Tigers in blocks with seven.
- Junior outside/right side hitter Gina Tillis, who had 11 kills against the Vols, leads LSU with 3.33 kills and 3.67 points per set.
- LSU is being outhit .241 to .191 for the full season and .269 to .176 in SEC matches only.
- Middle blocker Tiara Gibson, from Clear Lake, South Dakota, is the only senior on the team. She leads the net players with a .292 hitting percentage and 73 total blocks, and she is second on the team with 223 total kills along with 2.37 kills and 0.78 blocks per set.
- LSU closes out the season at home against Alabama on Saturday at the Pete Maravich Center in Baton Rouge.
- Head coach Fran Flory (Texas '84) is 336-233 in her 19th season at the helm of the Tigers and 416-313 in the 25th season of her Division I head coaching career.
TEXAS A&M-LSU CONNECTIONS
- LSU coach Fran Flory was a former assistant coach at Texas A&M in 1987 under former Aggie head coach Al Givens.
- Flory and Texas A&M setter Stephanie Aiple's aunt and high school coach, Diane Watson, were teammates at the University of Texas in 1983.
- Scott Woodward, a 1985 graduate of LSU and formerly a director of external affairs at his alma mater, is in his first year as director of athletics at Texas A&M.
- Baton Rouge native Erin Boyette is in her fifth season as Texas A&M's volleyball athletic trainer. The former Erin Greenwich graduated cum laude from LSU in 2010 and served as the graduate assistant athletic trainer for coach Fran Flory's volleyball program while pursuing her master's degree, which she received from LSU in 2012.

AGGIE PLAYER NOTABLES
- Senior middle blocker Jazzmin Babers has started every match of her career (119).
- Babers leads the Aggies and is fifth in the SEC with a .381 hitting percentage in conference matches only.
- Babers' .370 hitting percentage for the full season ranks second on the team, sixth in the SEC and 34th in the nation.
- Over the last four matches, Babers is hitting .457 while averaging 3.86 points, 1.79 blocks and 2.79 kills per set.
- In the match at Arkansas on Oct. 5, Babers surpassed 1,000 career kills, becoming the 17th A&M player to reach four-digit kills. She now has 1,114 kills, ranking 13th in the A&M career records.
- Junior setter Stephanie Aiple, who is fourth in the SEC with 10.89 assists per set for the full season and fifth with 11.00 assists per set in conference matches only, has the A&M offense ranked second in the SEC in kills (14.76) and assists (13.80) per set in league matches.
- In the win at Georgia on Oct. 21, Aiple directed the Aggie offense to a .392 hitting efficiency, the highest hitting performance in a five-set match in school history. Five players had double-figure kills as A&M also posted the highest hitting percentage in a five-set match by an SEC team this season.
- Aiple is fifth in the A&M career records with 3,308 assists.
- Aiple leads Texas A&M with four double-doubles.
- Sophomore middle blocker Kaitlyn Blake leads the SEC and is seventh in the nation with 1.54 blocks per set for the full season. She also leads the league and is 17th in the country with 149 total blocks.
- Over the last four matches, Blake is hitting .507 and averaging 4.04 points, 3.00 kills and 1.71 blocks per set.
- Blake has led or tied for the team lead in blocks in 21 of 27 matches.
- Blake has 134 block assists this season, tying for fifth in the A&M all-time single-season records. She needs only one block assist to move into a tie for fourth with Jazzmin Babers, who had 135 block assists in 2015. Blake is only 21 block assists away from breaking the all-time record of 154 set by Amber Woolsey in 1999.
- Blake hit a career-high .632 (13-1-19) in the win against Mississippi State on Friday, Nov. 11. It is the highest hitting percentage by an A&M player this season and the third highest by an SEC player in a conference match this season.
- Blake, an all-tournament selection at both the North Texas Challenge and the Puerto Rico Clásico, tied a school record for block assists in a four-set match with 12 in a 3-1 victory at North Texas on Aug. 27, and she also tied the school record for total blocks in a four-set match with 13 against the Mean Green.
- Blake's 13 blocks against North Texas ranks fourth in the nation for most blocks in a four-set match this season.
- Blake has twice been named SEC Player of the Week this season. She has earned SEC Defensive Player of the Week honors once and also is a one-time SEC Offensive Player of the Week this season.
- Junior outside hitter Kiara McGee leads the Aggies with 3.13 kills per set for the full season and 3.15 kills per set in SEC matches only.
- McGee is second on the team with 3.42 points per set for the full season and 3.42 points per set in conference matches only.
- McGee has led or tied for the team lead in kills in a team-high 12 matches and is second on the team with 16 double-figure kill performances.
- Freshman outside hitter Hollann Hans leads A&M with 17 double-figure kill performances overall.
- Hans has three doubles-doubles (kills and digs), including back-to-back double-double performances in three-set matches against then-No. 2 Texas and No. 6 Wisconsin.
- Hans leads A&M and is 13th in the SEC with 3.68 points per set in SEC matches.
- Hans also leads A&M, is tops among conference freshmen and ranks sixth overall in the SEC with 0.27 aces per set in conference matches only. She also leads A&M and SEC freshmen and is ninth overall in the league with 0.27 aces per set for the full season.
- Hans has led or tied for the team lead in points in seven matches, tying Babers for most on the team. Hans also has led or tied for the team lead in kills in 11 matches, second most on the team.
- Hans was named the SEC Freshman Player of the Week on Nov. 7 following back-to-back notable performances in the Aggies' victories over Alabama and Tennessee. Hans took team-high honors in points in both matches, and she also took or tied for team-high honors in kills in each match. For the week, the rookie averaged a team-high 4.50 points, 3.57 kills and 0.57 aces per set.
- Junior libero Amy Nettles has led or tied for the team lead in digs in a team-high 21 of 27 matches this season.
- Nettles leads A&M and is sixth in the SEC with 3.85 digs per set in conference matches only. She is eighth in the league with 3.56 digs per set for the full season.
- Nettles has posted double-figure digs in a team-leading 19 matches this season, including four matches in which she has recorded 20 or more digs.
- Nettles has appeared in a team-leading 269 consecutive sets, a streak which began Oct. 15, 2014, of her freshman campaign.
- Nettles posted her 1,000th career dig in the win against Alabama on Nov. 3, with the milestone dig falling in for a kill. She is the 21st player in A&M history to record 1,000 or more digs, and she currently has 1,062 digs in her career.
- Nettles, Babers, Blake and McGee have played in all 89 sets this season.
