COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The No. 12 Texas A&M Aggies play their first home SEC games of the season when they host the No. 5 Ole Miss Rebels for a three-game series starting Thursday.
Thursday and Friday's games will air nationally on the SEC Network with Jason Benetti (play-by-play) and Ben McDonald (color analyst) on the call. Every game of the series is available for viewing on SEC Network +. SEC Network + provides digital-only events to SEC Network subscribers through WatchESPN and the ESPN app on smartphones, computers, tablets and connected devices (Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Xbox 360 and Xbox One). Texas A&M is the only school in the nation with three pitchers ranked in the top 75 in ERA, including Mitchell Kilkenny (41st - 1.32), Stephen Kolek (61st - 1.50) and John Doxakis (74th - 1.65). The pitching staff ranks in the top 10 in the country in WHIP (4th - 1.05), ERA (6th - 2.32), walks allowed per nine innings (7th - 2.67), K-to-BB ratio (9th - 3.28) and hits allowed per nine innings (10th - 6.82
The Aggies lead the nation with 12 triples with Zach DeLoach ranking second in the country with five three batters.
Michael Helman ranks fifth in hits (37) and he enters play with a 15-game hit streak.
