TEXAS A&M QUOTES
Freshman OF Zach DeLoach
On battling back from four-run first inning…
"Yeah, I mean they jumped on us early today. It's hard to chase runs when they've got solid offense and solid pitching today. So, I think we've just got to compete a little bit better in the future."
Sophomore 1B Chris Andritsos
On South Carolina's early start…
"It's not how we wanted to start at all. Everybody knew [Stephen] Kolek was going to go out there and he always gives his best. It just happened to fall that way today. We've played plenty of games where we've been able to come back from four runs. It just wasn't our day today."
On upcoming SEC Tournament…
"The SEC Tournament, it's going to be a fresh start for everyone. Besides the seed number next to your name, you're 0-0, going against an 0-0 team. Everyone's going to be battling for a trophy and a ring."
