Access Your Tickets/Parking

Use this step-by-step guide to learn how to access your tickets/parking and be prepared for arrival at the stadium. An instructional video is also available below.

NOTE: Season tickets and parking passes are now ALL-IN-1 passes that update automatically throughout the season. Simply add each ticket and parking pass for the next game to your mobile wallet once — there’s no need to download them for every game. Only the next available game will appear in your wallet, and your ALL-IN-1 passes will update on their own.





Step 1

ON THE WEB: Open a web browser on your mobile device and go to your 12th Man Foundation Account (click the menu at the top right corner to access the login screen).
ON THE APP: Open the 12th Man Mobile app, tap “Tickets” in the menu at the bottom of the screen and then choose “Manage Tickets.”

Step 2

If you are not already logged in, sign in to your 12th Man Foundation account. Note: This is different than logging in to the app. Logging in to the app is discouraged and not required.

Step 3

The events you have tickets/parking for will be listed under 'My Upcoming Events'. Select an event to access your tickets/parking.

Step 4

iOS DEVICES: Tap 'Add to Apple Wallet'.
ANDROID DEVICES: Tap 'Add to Google Wallet'.

Step 5

iOS DEVICES: Tap 'Add' in the top right corner to add your ticket/parking to your Apple wallet.
ANDROID DEVICES: Tap 'Add' in the bottom right corner to add your ticket/parking to your Google wallet.

Step 6

iOS DEVICES: When you arrive at the event, have your Apple wallet open and your tickets/parking ready.

Plus, mobile delivery provides enhanced accessibility and greater convenience for managing, transferring and reselling tickets and parking.

No. Only mobile tickets or parking presented on a mobile device will be accepted for entry.

Tickets for Texas A&M Athletics events use tap-and-go technology instead of a barcode. Once your ticket is added to your phone’s mobile wallet, just hold your phone near the scanner at the gate – it will scan automatically. Screenshots cannot be scanned and won’t work for entry. Note: Mobile parking still uses a barcode and will be scanned when you arrive at the lot.

No, screenshots of mobile tickets/parking cannot be scanned and will not be permitted for entry. Entry requires a live mobile ticket in the digital wallet of a mobile device.

Tickets and parking will be available to manage in your 12th Man Foundation account no later than 48 hours prior to the event. Season tickets/parking will be made available a few weeks before the first home game of the season.

Tickets and parking purchased through the 12th Man Foundation can be accessed by logging in to your 12th Man Foundation account at 12thmanfoundation.com or via the 12th Man Mobile app. Your tickets/parking will be listed under "My Upcoming Events."

The best way to avoid connectivity issues at an event is to add tickets/parking to your mobile wallet before arriving. Once your tickets/parking are added to your mobile wallet, no internet connection is required for entry.

You can transfer tickets/parking to others through your 12th Man Foundation account or the 12th Man Mobile app. Recipients will need to log in or create a 12th Man Foundation account to accept the transfer and add the tickets/parking to their mobile wallet.

You can still transfer your ticket or parking pass using your 12th Man Foundation account or the 12th Man Mobile app, even if it has already been added to your mobile wallet. Once the recipient accepts the transfer, the ticket or parking pass in your wallet will no longer be valid.

12th Man Foundation account is required to transfer or accept tickets or parking. This ensures secure access and allows the 12th Man Foundation to assist with any issues.

You will have a 12th Man Foundation account if you have done any of the following:
• Paid or renewed your season tickets through the 12th Man Foundation
• Have ever purchased single game or special event tickets through the 12th Man Foundation
• Have ever been transferred a ticket through the 12th Man Foundation

You can add your tickets/parking back to your mobile wallet anytime by logging in to your 12th Man Foundation account.

Fans using Apple devices may be prompted to complete a one-time action to link their 12th Man Foundation account with their Apple ID using Face ID, Touch ID or their passcode.
