The Texas A&M football team only worked out once on Sunday on Simpson Drill Field on the Aggie campus.
Two additional players, quarterback/punter Shane Lechler and running back Eric Bernard, were held out of drills on Sunday joining offensive lineman Chris Valletta on the sidelines.
Lechler, a sophomore from East Bernard High School, has a pulled quadriceps muscle and he is listed day-to-day.
Bernard, a junior from Union High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma, injured his knee in a non-contact drill late Saturday and he will be evaluated by team doctors on Monday.
Valetta, a redshirt freshman from Plano High School, broke a bone in his foot earlier in the summer.
The Aggies will return to two-a-day workouts on Monday with both practices scheduled for Simpson Drill Field.
