The Texas A&M men's golf team is ranked No. 24 nationally in the preseason MasterCard Collegiate Golf Rankings.
The Aggies return four lettermen from last year's team that finished 13th at the NCAA Championships, A&M"s top finish 1984, when it finished 10th. Bob Ellis is entering his 24th season as the Aggies' head coach.
Other Big 12 schools is the rankings are No. 1 Oklahoma State, No. 12 Texas and No. 31 Oklahoma.
The Aggies open their season at the Tucker Intercollegiate Sept. 14-15 in Albuquerque, N.M.
