The 18th-ranked Texas A&M football team returned to the practice field on Monday in shorts and shoulder pads after beating Southwestern Louisiana, 66-0, last Saturday at Kyle Field. The squad worked for ninety minutes in a steady rain on the astroturf practice field.
Missing Monday's workout and listed as questionable for the upcoming University of North Texas game are freshman outside linebacker Roylin Bradley (sprained ankle) and sophomore running back Jason Bragg (sprained knee).
The Aggies will travel to the Metroplex on Friday and workout at Texas Stadium before Saturday's first road contest against the UNT Mean Green. Kickoff is set for 2:35 p.m. central. UNT is coming off a 30-27 win over Texas Tech in a game played in Lubbock last week.
Aggie fans interested in purchasing tickets on the Texas A&M side of the stadium have several options. Fans in the Metroplex can purchase tickets at any TicketMaster location including Tom Thumb, Blockbuster Music, Fiesta and Foley's. The Texas A&M ticket office continues to take orders at 409-845-2311 or 1-888-99-AGGIE (Toll free call) from 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. weekdays. On game day, Aggie fans can purchase tickets at Gate 3 at Texas Stadium to sit in the Texas A&M sections.
In other new information released on Monday, ABC Sports has announced the network will carry the Texas A&M vs. Colorado football game (Oct. 4) from Boulder, Colorado, on a regional basis. Kickoff is now set for 2:30 p.m. central and 1:30 p.m. mountain time.
