The Texas A&M Football game against the Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles on Saturday, September 19, will kickoff at 2 p.m. central time in order to accomodate a national television audience on Fox Sports Net, the network announced Wednesday.

The game, originally slated for 5 p.m., will be apart of the network's Conference USA broadcast package and be televised on a national basis that will reach an audience of over 60 million viewers via Fox Sports Net family of regional affiliates.

Other televised games featuring the defending Big 12 South Division Champion Aggies are the Kickoff Classic versus Florida State in New Jersey on August 31 at 7 p.m. on ABC-TV and the regular season finale against the Texas Longhorns in Austin on Nov. 27 at 10 a.m. on ABC-TV. Both of those games will be shown on a national basis.

Additional games may be selected by the networks on either a 12-day or 6-day advance notice.
