The Texas A&M football team scrimmaged for more than one and one-half hours on Thursday at Kyle Field.
"I thought Bethel Johnson had a really good day and Dwain Goines also made some good catches," A&M coach R.C. Slocum said. "Ja'Mar Toombs had another good day running the football, as did Kyle Janke. Dante Hall missed most of the scrimmage after he re-aggravated a pulled muscle early in the practice."
Missing Thursday's scrimmage with injuries were wide receiver Matt Bumgardner (hamstring), offensive lineman Taylor Whitley (hamstring), offensive lineman Michael Mahan (sprained ankle) and running back Burnest Rhodes (hamstring).
