The Texas A&M football team worked in shorts and shoulder pads for two hours on Sunday. The defending Big 12 Conference champions worked out once on Sunday, but the squad will return to two-a-day workouts on Monday.
Junior running back Burnest Rhodes has left the team for personal reasons. Rhodes, from Terrell High School, rushed for 174 yards on 47 carries in his two years at Texas A&M.
