
Texas A&M Independence Bowl Ticket Information

Texas A&M University has an allotment of 12,000 tickets for the Sanford Independence Bowl. The game, which pits the Aggies of the Big 12 Conference against the Mississippi State Bulldogs from the Southeastern Conference, will be played at Independence Stadium in Shreveport, Louisiana. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Dec. 31 with the 2000 bowl game capacity listed as 37,642.
12th Man members and Aggie football season ticket holders were mailed bowl applications and the deadline to have those forms back to the ticket office is Friday, Dec. 8.
The Texas A&M athletic ticket office, located in the lobby of G. Rollie White Coliseum, is taking orders from the general public. Fans may place orders by calling 1-888-99-AGGIE (888-992-4443) or 979-845-2311. Fans can also order online by clicking here.
Orders must be received by Friday, Dec. 8 at 5 p.m.
Fans may order as many tickets as desired, however, priority for season ticket purchasers is limited to the number of season tickets purchased. Additional tickets over and above the limit will be filled if available. A limited number of tickets are available for $30 and $25.
Some 2,000 student tickets will go on sale Thursday, Dec. 7 at 8 a.m. The tickets will be issued from windows 1-6 at the north end ticket booth located at Kyle Field. Student tickets are $25 each and they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis regardless of classification. Sports cards will not be required to purchase bowl tickets. Only cash and checks payable to TAMU Athletic Department will be accepted for student tickets.
