Texas A&M's Seth McKinney and Byron Jones were named to the All-Bowl team by Collegefootballnews.com after stellar efforts in the Aggies' 28-9 victory over TCU in the galleryfurniture.com Bowl.
The college football website also ranked the 8-4 Aggies No. 23 in its final Top 25 ranking.
McKinney, a second-team All-American and runner-up for the Rimington Trophy, was lauded by Collegefootballnews.com for "setting the tone" by guaranteeing an Aggie victory over TCU at a bowl function attended by both teams.
Jones, a freshman making his first career start at cornerback, led the Wrecking Crew attack with an A&M bowl record three interceptions and broke up three other passes. He was named the game's Most Valuable Player and Defensive MVP for his efforts.
