Texas A&M volleyball remained ranked but slipped five spots to No. 25 in the USA Today/AVCA Top 25 Poll, released Monday.
The Aggies, who have been ranked in 110 consecutive Top 25 polls since breaking in at No. 24 on Sept. 26, 1995, went 1-1 last week, dropping a four-game contest at previously unranked Missouri and then sweeping Iowa State in College Station.
The top five teams in the poll remained unchanged with USC holding the top spot with 55 first-place votes. Hawaii, Florida, Stanford and Nebraska round out the top five.
The Big 12 is represented by three teams in the Top 25: No. 5 Nebraska, No. 21 Missouri and No. 25 Texas A&M. Texas, Kansas and Colorado are receiving points and are listed 31st, 34th and 39th, respectively.
The Aggies (10-3, 2-2 Big 12) face Oklahoma in Norman on Wednesday at 7 p.m. and then put their 17-match home winning streak on the line when they host four-time defending Big 12 champion and fifth-ranked Nebraska on Sunday at 2 p.m. at G. Rollie White Coliseum.
