Journal Entry #4 What can I say about the UTSA game? (To say) we played poorly would be an understatement. We were just flat out there. I don't know what happened or why it happened, but it did. We need to learn from this loss and move on. We wanted to be 6-1 after the game, but we aren't, we are 5-2. We have a week of practice to regroup and focus on beating Monroe. We will be okay, I am sure of it. On the other side of things, I am so glad finals are over. This was my first semester of graduate school so it was a new experience for me. The classes I took were very interesting and challenging to say the least. I am looking forward to the next month with no school, so we can just focus on basketball. This past week with finals and the unfortunate loss to UTSA took its toll on my brain. I am ready for a break. |
