One week of school under our belts, whoop!

The first week of school is always a hectic one. We get to pretend we are regular students for a couple of days, but then on Wednesday it's back to work. Every year when we return from summer break we are tested to make sure we come back in shape. We are tested on things like our bench press, vertical jump, 20- and 40-yard dashes, and a conditioning workout. Our goal is to either better our max/time or stay the same. So on Wednesday our testing began. The results were awesome. Everyone took care of business in the summer and it definetly showed. The freshman class as a whole set a statement of what they are all about. They all threw up some big numbers on bench press and definetly brought speed to our team. It was exciting to see!

Yesterday was the first day of individuals. It felt so good to just be out at the field again. I get more excited about this season everyday.

September is a big birthday month for the Aggie Softball Team! Happy Birthday to:

    Lindsay Wilhelmson: Sept. 9
    Adrian Gregory: Sept. 21
    Rocky Spencer: Sept. 22
    Sherah Atkins: Sept. 26

Hope everyone has a great week!
