Well, this season did not turn out like any of us had hoped it would. Being a senior, you never want to leave with a record like this one, but I find comfort in knowing that we have started something that will continue to grow. The Aggies won't be down for long, and I'm confident that my younger teammates and experienced coaching staff will right this ship and bring back a winning tradition to Texas A&M.

Earlier in the week I was talking to my roommate, James Milkavich, and we were discussing how it seemed like yesterday we were sitting in Cain Hall as freshmen talking about all of the things that we were going to do while we were here. Now, on Friday, November 28th, we'll be stepping onto Kyle Field for the last time in an Aggie uniform. Recently, I've urged some of the younger guys to take advantage of their time here because it goes by so fast. If you're not careful, these opportunities slip through your fingers.

I always enjoy the excitement that the Texas game brings to the practice field during game week. There's a level of intensity among the coaches and players that rooted only in a rival game such as this. The great thing about the Texas game is that it can turn a negative season into a positive one. Many former students feel that a win over the t-sips can change a losing season into a winning one. When A&M and Texas play, each team's records are irrelevant because anything can happen, and we hope to prove that Friday. Beat the HELL OUTTA t.u!
