NCAA Tickets Discounted for College Students

College students will be able to purchase a single session, general admission ticket to the NCAA Volleyball Championship matches being hosted by Texas A&M for a discounted price of $2, the Texas A&M Ticket Office announced.

The price reflects a $4 discount from the standard $6 single session general admission ticket. Students must provide a valid college I.D. to get the special rate.

Single-session tickets for first-round matches go on sale Friday at 4 p.m. at G. Rollie White Coliseum. Single-session tickets for the second-round match go on sale Saturday at 5:30 p.m. also at G. Rollie.

A&M All-Sports passes will not be honored since this is an NCAA event.

All-session tickets are currently on sale at the ticket office located in The Zone at Kyle Field. In addition, all-session tickets are available for purchase on the Internet at www.12thmanfoundation.com/tickets or by calling the ticket office hotline at 1-888-99-AGGIE or 979-845-2311.

The following is a breakdown of the ticket pricing:

All Session Reserved: $12

All Session General Admission: 10

All Session Student/Senior Citizen: 6

All Session Children: 4

Single Session Reserved: 7

Single Session General Admission: 6

Single Session Student/Senior Citizen: 5

Single Session Child: 3

Single Session College Student: 2

A&M Ticket Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. On match days, tickets will be available at G. Rollie beginning Friday at 4 p.m. and Saturday at 5:30 p.m.

This is the 10th year A&M has hosted a NCAA tournament match. The home court has proven favorable to the Aggies, who are 12-0 all-time in NCAA matches played at G. Rollie White Coliseum.

Match 1: Arizona vs. Wisconsin 5 p.m.

Match 2 Texas A&M vs. Nicholls State 7 p.m.

Saturday, Dec. 6

Winner of Match 1 vs. Winner of Match 2 7p.m.
