The Texas A&M men's golf team carded rounds of 391-292=593 on Monday and is in sixth place at the 19th Annual Louisiana Classics at Oakbourne Country Club. The final round is scheduled for Tuesday.

Senior David Tasker led the Aggies with a one-over-par total of 75-70=145 and is tied for 11th place in the individual standings, five strokes behind leader Andrew Price of Kansas (72-68=140). SMU's Scott Abbott is in second place at 72-70=142.

SMU leads the 15-team tournament after posting a two-under-par total of 290-284=574 and leads second-place Texas Tech (579) by five shots going into the final round.

LSU is in third at 580, followed by Kansas (581), Tulsa (586), A&M, Texas State (594), Tennessee (594), Colorado (594), Louisiana-Lafayette (595), North Texas (597), Texas-San Antonio (600), Rice (603), Missouri (619) and Arkansas State (622).

Also for the Aggies, senior Stephen Reed is tied for 20th (75-72=147), junior David Schultz is tied for 41st (74-76=150), sophomore Andrew Parr is tied for 46th (77-74=151) and senior Parker Briley is tied for 60th (77-77=154).
