Jana James drove a base hit off the feet of Oklahoma pitcher Kami Keiter with the bases loaded in the bottom of the seventh inning to give Texas A&M a 1-0 win over the 9th-ranked Sooners Saturday afternoon at the Aggie Softball Complex.
James fouled off numerous pitches in the 12-pitch at bat that ended with the winning hit.
Jessica Kapchinski earned the win on the mound by pitching a four-hit shutout.
