The Texas A&M men's golf team will compete in the 17th annual Billy Hitchcock Intercollegiate Friday through Sunday at Saugahatchee Country Club.
The tournament is A&M's final tuneup for the Big 12 Championships April 26-27 in Hutchinson, Kan. The Hitchcock Intercollegiate will consist of 18 holes each day for a total of 54 holes on the par-72, 6,689-yard course.
In addition to A&M, the 12-team field features host Auburn, Alabama-Bimringham, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Florida State, Texas A&M, Memphis, South Alabama, Jacksonville State, Georgia State, College of Charleston and Southeastern Louisiana.
A&M is led by senior David Tasker, who has posted four top-10 finishes in five starts this spring.
