The No. 13 Texas A&M baseball team will play the Houston Cougars in a midweek non-conference game this Tuesday, April 13. First pitch is set for 7 p.m. at Olsen Field.

The Aggies enter the game with a record of 29-9 after winning two of three games against Kansas this past weekend in Lawrence. Texas A&M has won four of its last five games and is 23-3 in the non-conference portion of its schedule.

Houston enters the game with a record of 14-20 overall but has a record of 7-5 in Conference USA action, including taking two of three games from Charlotte this past weekend. The Cougars have played 19 games and have a 5-14 record against teams that were ranked in the top 25.

Texas A&M defeated Houston earlier this season, 8-7, at Cougar Field to improve the Aggies' all-time series advantage to 96-52-1.

The Aggies will send sophomore right-hander Robert Ray to the mound. The Lufkin, Texas, native has a record of 1-1 and an ERA of 6.10. In 31.0 innings of work, he has struck out 35 and walked 12.

Fans who are unable to attend the game can listen to the action on AM-1620 WTAW. Airtime will be at 6:30 p.m.
