The Texas A&M volleyball team faced its toughest competition of the spring season Saturday and dropped all three matches at the UC Santa Barbara Spring Tournament in Santa Barbara, Calif.
A&M opened the tournament with a 30-24, 30-26 setback to UCSB. It was the Aggies' first loss of the spring exhibition season after posting an 8-0 mark. A&M then fell to 2003 NCAA Final Four participants Minnesota, 30-24, 30-22, and Hawaii, 30-24, 30-20, to conclude the tournament.
The Aggies wrap up their spring competition schedule Saturday, April 17 at the SMU Tournament in Dallas. The tournament schedule will be announced later this week.
