The Texas A&M softball team (25-16, 7-1 Big 12) will take on No. 20 Baylor (37-9, 7-2) on Wednesday at 6:30 at the Aggie Softball Field.
A&M and Baylor sit two and three, respectively, in the conference with one-half game separating them as both teams are off to their best starts in league history.
A&M and Baylor have played each other 58 times with the Aggies holding a 45-12-1 advantage. Last season the teams split their series with each team winning in their home stadium. Wednesday's game is the second game of this season's split series. Baylor won the first game, 1-0, in Waco.
Wednesday is scout night at the Aggie Softball Field. All scouts and their leaders who show up in uniform will get in free. Fans can purchase a $2 general admission ticket if they show their ticket stub from Tuesday's baseball game. The Whataburger Jazz Band will also be performing in the plaza area for the fan's enjoyment as they enter the complex.
Fans can park for free in the Olsen Field parking lot (PA 63).
Live audio and stats will be available on AggieAthletics.com.
