Saturday and Sunday the No. 23 Texas A&M softball team will take on No. 13 Nebraska in a two-game set that could decide the Big 12 regular season champion. Saturday's game begins at 5 p.m. with Sunday's finale beginning at noon.
The Aggies enter the game in first place with a record of 31-16 overall and 13-1 in Big 12 play. The Huskers (36-13, 12-1) are half a game back in second place.
A&M enters the weekend on an 11-game win streak, including an 11-1 drubbing of Texas on Wednesday, and looks to secure their first conference title with a sweep of Nebraska. The Huskers dropped their last game, to Kansas, 3-0.
Sports Radio 1150 "The Zone" (KZNE-AM) will broadcast this weekend's series in College Station. Coverage will begin approximately 15 minutes prior to first pitch.
Sunday's game will be televised live on College Sports Television (CSTV), available on Direct TV Channel 610. Check local listings for availability.
