Hank Williams Jr. may not be singing "Are You Ready for Some Football?", but Aggie football fans will have the opportunity to watch some football this weekend.
Fox Sports Net will air a 30-minute special looking back at the Maroon & White Game complete with some audio from the two coordinators as well as an interview with Head Coach Dennis Franchione. The show will air at 2 p.m. central on Saturday, May 1 and will be replayed at 4 p.m. central on Sunday, May 2.
In addition to the 30-minute special on the Maroon & White Game, Fox Sports Net will air a 60-minute special beginning at 9 p.m. central on Saturday. The spring tour of the Big 12 South schools is entitled, "Class in Session." The FSN crew made stops at the Big 12 South schools for a look at spring football and this special will highlight an academic area at each institution.
The Texas A&M academic feature will focus on Frederick Woods, a junior from Washington High School in Houston. Woods has earned a letter at linebacker and on special teams and is currently pursuing his degree in chemical engineering.
For satellite dish owners, Fox Sports Net can be found on Channel 643 on DirectTV and 416 on the Dish Network.
