Senior Jessica Kapchinski threw her 17th complete game of the season and allowed only two hits in No. 22 Texas A&M's, 1-0, extra-inning loss to Missouri on Friday at the Big 12 Tournament at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium. Kapchinski struck out five and did not allow an earned run.

The Aggies out-hit the Tigers, 5-2, but it was an eighth-inning hit by third baseman Kendra Power that plated the winning run for Missouri. Pinch runner Ashley Hays stole second setting the table for Power who singled to left giving Hays the opportunity to score when Jana James made a fielding error.

Texas A&M fell to 32-19 overall and 1-1 in the tournament while Kapchinski ends the game with a 17-7 record.

No.2-seed Texas A&M will face No. 4-seed Baylor in an elimination game at 8 p.m. on Friday.
