Sadly enough our season has come to an end...dang it. We lost out of regionals late Friday night to the University of Georgia. I have come to the conclusion that we were just not meant to win regionals. Every ball, and I mean EVERY BALL, we hit went right to someone and of course every ball they hit somehow found a place to land. It was definetly not a cool feeling, but what do you do?
Although we are disappointed in our finish, our season as a whole is certainly not something to be ashamed of. We recorded the most conference wins in school history and led A&M to its highest finish yet (2nd). And we had A LOT of fun while doing it!!
We now find ourselves looking forward to the summer, where we will most importantly, find time to RELAX!! And workout..and run...and work camps...and go to school...and (sorry I got carried away)...oh yeah...and look forward to next year!!
I want to thank everyone for keeping up each week and for all of your support of Aggie Softball! It has been a blast!!
