No. 11 Texas A&M (6-3, 2-1 Big 12) concludes the most challenging portion of its conference road schedule Saturday as the Aggies take on six-time Big 12 champion and seventh-ranked Nebraska Saturday in Lincoln. The match against the Huskers is slated for a 7 p.m. start at Nebraska Coliseum and will be televised live by NETV in Nebraska and syndicated nationally by College Sports Television (CSTV, DirecTV, channel 610.)
The Aggies, who are 0-11 all-time at Nebraska, suffered their first Big 12 loss of the season Wednesday as A&M fell to No. 19 Kansas State, 30-22, 30-22, 30-20, in Manhattan.
Nebraska won its fifth consecutive match and improved to 8-1 overall and 3-0 in the Big 12 with a 30-25, 30-25, 30-23 victory at No. 25 Colorado on Wednesday.
SERIES RECORD
A&M is 6-19 all-time against Nebraska, including 0-11 in matches played at Nebraska Coliseum. A&M nearly upset No. 8 Nebraska for the first time in Lincoln last year as the Aggies battled the Huskers for five games in both teams? Big 12 opener. It was the first time an A&M match in Lincoln was decided in five games since 1982.
The Huskers, who are 14-2 against A&M since Big 12 play began in 1996, have won the last nine meetings. A&M?s last victory over Nebraska was a five-game match on Oct. 2, 1999, in College Station. It was the Aggies? second consecutive home victory over the Huskers as A&M had also upset No. 3 Nebraska also in five games in 1998.

RECENT RESULTS
Defending Big 12-champion Kansas State remained undefeated at home against A&M, improving to 9-0 all-time against the Aggies in Manhattan with a 30-22, 30-22, 30-20 victory Wednesday at Ahearn Field House.
A&M gave up a season-high 11 aces and was held to a .147 hitting efficiency --‹ its second lowest hitting percentage of the season ‹ as the Aggies struggled with their serve reception and passing throughout the match.
Melissa Munsch led A&M with nine kills, and Cristin Burton added a career-high eight kills.
Senior outside hitter Vali Hejjas posted a match-high 14 kills for the Wildcats, and sophomore middle blocker Joy Hamlin added 11 while hitting at a career-high 647 clip as KSU hit .387, a season high by an A&M opponent.
KSU, which lost its conference opener, 3-0, at Colorado, improved to 7-4 overall and 1-1 in the Big 12 as the Wildcats ran their winning streak against the Aggies to six matches.
UPCOMING SCHEDULE
The Aggies return to College Station for a two-match home stand. A&M hosts Baylor, Wednesday, Sept. 29 at 7 p.m. and the Texas Tech Red Raiders Friday, Oct. 1 at 6 p.m. at G. Rollie White Coliseum.
The Aggies, who are 21-1 against Baylor in College Station, extended their winning streak against the Bears to nine by winning both of last year?s meetings, 3-1.
