The Texas A&M volleyball team climbed another spot to No. 13 in this week's USA Today/CSTV Top 25 Coaches Poll, the American Volleyball Coaches Association announced Monday.

The Aggies, who moved up one spot for the third consecutive week, made the ascent after sweeping both Baylor and Colorado last week. With the wins, A&M extended its winning streak to a season-best eight matches and improved to 16-5 overall and 12-3 in the Big 12 Conference.

Four teams represent the Big 12 in the Top 25. A&M is joined by No. 3 Nebraska, which received three first-place votes, No. 9 Texas and No. 20 Kansas State. Missouri is receiving points and is listed 30th.

Washington remained No. 1, receiving 60 of 65 first-place votes. Hawaii, which received two first-place votes, Nebraska, Penn State and Minnesota round out the top five teams.

The Aggies return to action Thursday at No. 9 Texas in another State Farm Lone Star Showdown. First serve is at 6:30 p.m. at Gregory Gym in Austin, and the match will be televised tape delayed by CSTV at 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 14. The Longhorns (20-2, 12-2 Big 12), who fell to A&M, 3-1, earlier this season in College Station, are in second place in the Big 12, a half game ahead of A&M.
