Junior Andrew Parr carded a one-under-par 71 on Saturday to lead the Texas A&M men's golf team into ninth place after the second round of the Hall of Fame Invitational at Redstone Golf Club. The tournament concludes on Sunday.

No. 1-ranked Oklahoma State leads with a two-round score of 292-270=562, just one stroke ahead of No. 6 UNLV (563. TCU and No. 4 New Mexico are tied for third at 574, followed by No. 25 Texas (580), No. 21 Kentucky (583), Purdue (583), Oklahoma (585), A&M (294-296=590), South Carolina-Aiken (590), No. 5 Wake Forest (591), Arizona (592), Houston (596), Arkansas (597), Vanderbilt (597), Penn State (603), California (606), Rice (616) and Gustavus Adolphus (633).

Parr is tied for 16th with an even-par total of 73-71=144. UNLV's Ryan Moore leads the individual standings with a six-under-par 70-68=138 while Oklahoma State's Pablo Martin is in second at 70-69=139.

A&M freshman Robert Gates is tied for 40th (74-74=148), junior Jared Harklau is tied for 54th (72-78=150), freshman Matt Van Zandt is tied for 60th (75-76=151) and freshman Martin Piller is tied for 77th (79-75=154). Competing as an individual, senior David Schultz is tied for 48th (76-73=149).
