Texas A&M will play host to the third round of the National Invitation Tournament on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Reed Arena.
The Aggies will play the winner of Monday night's Holy Cross-St. Joseph's game. The winner of Wednesday night's game will advance to the NIT semifinals on March 29 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The finals will be played March 31 at the same location.
A&M is 21-9 after beating DePaul, 75-72, in the second round of the NIT on Saturday in Rosemont, Ill.
Saint Joseph's continued its NIT run with its second win, 55-50, over Buffalo on Saturday night. The 21-11 Hawks are making their fifth consecutive postseason appearance.
Holy Cross is 25-6 and advanced by defeating Notre Dame, 78-73, on March 15 in the NIT First Round. The Explorers, runner-up in the Patriot League, have not played since last Tuesday's win.
