ESPN Networks has opted to pick up the second half
of this season's softball State Farm Lone State Showdown as they will air
the Texas A&M-Texas game on ESPN2 on Wednesday, April 27 at 7 pm (CT).
This will be the first opportunity of the season for the Aggies to play on
national television in a year of expanding coverage of collegiate softball.
The game time was changed from 6:30 to 7 pm in order to accommodate ESPN's
live events schedule.
The No. 5 Aggies are currently in first place in the Big 12 and will face
off against No. 5 Oklahoma, currently second in the Big 12, in a two-game
series in Norman this weekend.
