Christi Hahn, a member of the Texas A&M volleyball team, and Anna Lubinsky, a member of the Aggie women's tennis team, have been recognized as All-American Athletes by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

The award recognizes student-athletes' dedication to strength training and conditioning to improve overall athletic performance.

Hahn, a junior-to-be from Leander, Texas, is a starting middle blocker/right-side hitter for the Aggies. She was named the team's most improved player following her sophomore season after hitting .295 and averaging 2.3 kills and 0.87 blocks per game while helping the Aggies reach the second round of the NCAA tournament and a No. 20 final ranking.

Lubinsky, who hails from Richardson, Texas, has won a Big 12 Conference singles title in each of her first two years of her collegiate career, capturing the No. 6 singles crown as a freshman and the No. 3 title this past spring. Lubinsky ranked second on the team with a 19-8 singles record in dual matches this year and finished the spring season ranked No. 86 in the nation.

In addition, Lubinsky was named to the 2005 All-Big 12 team in doubles as she and partner Lauren Walker went 7-3 in conference matches. The tandem went 12-6 overall and finished the season ranked No. 49 in the nation.

Hahn, a kinesiology major, and Lubinsky, who is majoring in business, are members of the Academic All-Big 12 Team for their respective sports.
