Texas A&M forward Ashlee Pistorius landed herself on the Soccer Buzz Elite Team of the Week after her four goal performance against Baylor last Friday, which tied a school record for most goals in a single game. This was Pistorius?â„¢ second showing on the Soccer Buzz Elite Team, her first coming in September during the 2004 season.
Earlier this week, Pistorius was honored as a 1st Team All-Big 12 selection. The Illinois native currently holds the conference lead in total points (40) and is tied with fellow Aggie forward Melissa Garey for the most goals (15). Pistorius has also contributed 10 assists this season.
Pistorius has also earned accolades as the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week twice this season (10/18, 10/31).
