The Texas A&M softball program has announced the opening of a third session of their hitting camp. Due to high demand the Saturday sessions filled up quickly with many interested players left wanting in. The third session will be offered on Sunday, January 15 with check-in beginning at 12:30 and camp running from 1:00 - 4:30. The cost of $100 remains the same as the earlier sessions. During the camp, campers will receive hands-on instruction from the Big 12 Champion and nation's best-hitting team from last season. Current and former Aggie players as well as the Aggie coaching staff will be on hand to lead the campers through the same hitting drills that the Aggie team goes through everyday in practice. All activities for each session will offer the campers the opportunity to work out on the newly redesigned and award-winning Aggie Softball Field as well as Texas A&M's state-of-the art indoor hitting facility.
In order to insure a high volume of repetitions and instruction for each camper, space has been limited to 50 campers for the Sunday session. The first 50 applicants who register and pay - in full- their $100 fee will receive a confirmation letter and further information on the first-ever Texas A&M Softball Hitting Camps.
To register, log on to: http://www.aggieathletics.com/camps.php or call the softball office at 979-845-1051 and ask for an application today!
