"We are really excited to be playing in this tournament," A&M coach J.T. Higgins said. "It is like playing in the NCAA Championships and it will give us an idea of how we stack up against the best teams in the nation. It is going to be a tremendous challenge but these tournaments are what we have been working so hard for."
The Aggies opened the spring schedule with a seventh-place finish at the PING/Arizona Intercollegiate and followed with a ninth-place effort at the John Burns Intercollegiate in Hawaii. Parr has finished in the top 25 of all five of his starts this season.
