The Aggies will also travel to Lubbock to face Texas Tech at 1 p.m. on Sunday.

"Starting the Big 12 portion of our schedule on the road will be tough," commented A&M head coach G. Guerrieri. "Baylor and Texas Tech have each gotten better and better as the season has moved along, so we know that will make it that much tougher as we go into Waco and Lubbock this weekend."

A&M improved its record to 4-3-1 on the season, after six different Aggies netted goals en route to their 9-0 win over Sam Houston State on Wednesday. Juniors Ashlee Pistorius and Melissa Garey and freshman Natalie Currie each registered two goals, with senior Kat Krambeer and freshmen Amber Gnatzig and Cydne Currie rounding out the scoring for the Aggies.

Baylor (3-4-1) is coming off a pair of 1-0 wins last weekend over Texas-San Antonio and Samford. Senior forward Anna Schuch scored both of the game-winning goals for the Lady Bears.

A&M currently leads the all-time series 6-4-1 after shutting out Baylor, 4-0, in 2005 in front of 4,543 fans at the Aggie Soccer Stadium to seal the Aggies' second consecutive Big 12 regular season championship.

A&M is currently 9-1 in Big 12 Conference openers and 5-1 in league openers on the road.
