Andrea Pavan, who will join the Texas A&M men's golf team as a freshman in January, won The Omnium Championship, a professional event on the Italian Tour, last week.
Playing as an amateur, Pavan posted rounds of 68-68-69-70=275 (13-under par) to win by one shot over professional Andrea Maestroni.
