The first of six Texas A&M women?â„¢s basketball luncheons gets underway on Tuesday, Oct. 31 at Reed Arena.
Fans can join Texas A&M head coach Gary Blair and select players throughout the 2006-07 season with luncheons scheduled on Oct. 31, Nov. 27, Dec. 18, Jan. 30, Feb. 15 and Feb. 27.
Coach Blair will be joined tomorrow by junior Katy Pounds (Shallowater, Texas) and sophomore Takia Starks (Houston, Texas). Texas A&M volleyball coach Laurie Corbelli will be the featured guest speaker.
This year?â„¢s luncheons will be held on the third floor of Reed Arena (Room 301) from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost is $10 (cash or checks only) per person and will include a meal, video highlights of games, guest speakers, player interviews and commentary by Coach Blair. Parking for the event will be available in front of Reed Arena or in the West Campus Parking Garage.
