The No. 24 Texas A&M baseball team will put its seven-game winning streak on the line when it hosts Jacksonville State in a three-game series this weekend at Olsen Field.

The Aggies enter the weekend with a record of 8-1 after a 9-4 win over Texas-Arlington Tuesday night at Olsen Field. Prior to the UTA game, A&M swept Texas-Pan American in a three-game series at Olsen Field last weekend. The Aggies have pounded out 46 hits, including 17 extra-base hits, in the last four games and are hitting .346 during that span.
The Gamecocks enter the series with a record of 2-1 after winning two of three against Middle Tennessee State last weekend. After dropping the first game, 12-1, JSU rebounded to win the final two games of the series, 7-6 and 3-0.
The Aggies and Gamecocks have never met on the baseball diamond.

RADIO
All Texas A&M baseball games will be broadcast live on WTAW AM-1620. Dave South, The Voice of the Aggies, will call the action and will be assisted throughout the season by Tom Turbiville, Chuck Glenewinkel, Scott Clendenin, and Gabe Bock. The pre-game show will begin 15 minutes prior to the start of each game.
