Texas A&M's Acie Law IV, Joseph Jones and Antanas Kavaliauskas have been named to the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) All-District 9 Team.

Law was selected to the first first team while Jones and Kavaliauskas were second-team picks. District 9 encompasses Division I schools in Texas and Arkansas.

Law is averaging 18.1 points and 5.4 assists, Jones is adding 13.6 points and a team-best 6.7 rebounds, and Kavaliauskas is contributing 12.1 points and 6.4 rebounds per game.

This is only the second time in history that A&M has had three players make the NABC all-district first and second teams. In 1979-80, Vernon Smith and Rudy Woods were first team picks and Rynn Wright was a second-team selection.

Joining Law on the first team are Texas' Kevin Durant and D.J. Augustin, Rice's Morris Almond and Texas Tech's Jarrius Jackson. Other second team picks are Texas Tech's Martin Zeno, Arkansas' Patrick Beverly and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi's Chris Daniels.
