After sweeping Dallas Baptist in a non-Big 12 series last weekend at Olsen Field, No. 10 Texas A&M returns to league play with a three game series against Kansas State in Manhattan on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Game times are scheduled for 6:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 1 p.m., respectively.
The Aggies enter the weekend with an overall record of 38-11 and are currently fourth with a mark of 11-9 in Big 12 action.
Kansas State took both games last weekend from in-state rival Kansas to improve to 31-17 and 9-11. The third game of the series was cancelled due to weather.
Both teams will be looking to improved its standings in the conference and improve its case for the NCAA Tournament.
The Aggies and Wildcats have faced each other 35 times and A&M holds the all-time advantage, 27-7-1. Last year, A&M won two of the three games at Olsen Field and the two teams tied in the series finale because of a travel-induced time limit.

RADIO
All Texas A&M baseball games will be broadcast live on WTAW AM-1620. Dave South, The Voice of the Aggies, will call the action and will be assisted throughout the season by Tom Turbiville, Chuck Glenewinkel, Scott Clendenin, and Gabe Bock. The pre-game show will begin 15 minutes prior to the start of each game.

Last Time Out: Nicholson was not dominant, but effective, in the Aggies win over Dallas Baptists last Thursday at Olsen Field. He left the game after eight-complete innings with a 8-6 lead. DBU took the lead in the ninth, only for the Aggies to come back and win in extra innings. He allowed six runs on 10 hits, while striking out five.
Against K-State: Nicholson has two career appearances against K-State. In 2004, He threw 2 2/3 scoreless innings of relief, while striking out three. Last year, Nicholson started went eight innings against the Wildcats. He allowed three runs - one earned - on 10 hits. In 10 2/3 career innings against K-State, he has an ERA 0.84.
