Tickets are now on sale at the Texas A&M Athletic Ticket Office for Friday?â„¢s State Farm Lone Star Showdown soccer match between the No. 5 Texas A&M Aggies and the No. 1 Texas Longhorns at the Aggie Soccer Stadium. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m.
Fans can purchase tickets prior to Friday by calling the ticket office at 1-888-99-AGGIE or by logging on to http://www.12thmanfoundation.com/tickets/ticketbox.asp. Tickets will be available at the Aggie Soccer Stadium one hour prior to kick off.
Ticket prices are listed at $4 for youth, $7 for general admission and $9 for reserved seating.
Friday?â„¢s game marks the 18th meeting between the two teams, with the Aggies holding a 14-3-0 all-time advantage. Last weekend the Longhorns (9-1-2, 2-0-1) posted a 1-1 draw against the Iowa State Cyclones on Friday before defeating the Nebraska Cornhuskers 2-1 in overtime on Sunday. The Aggies (9-2-1, 3-1-0) were on the road as they earned two victories against then No. 20 Oklahoma State (2-1) and Oklahoma (1-0).
Parking for the match will be available in lots designated 100g, 100j and 100k.
