Texas A&M plays No. 2-ranked UCLA on Saturday in the second round of the NCAA Tournament. Tipoff will be at approximately 6:15 p.m. (PDT)/8:15 p.m. (CDT) at the Honda Center.
The game will be televised by CBS Sports with Dick Enberg and Jay Bilas calling the action.
A&M (25-10) defeated No. 24 BYU, 67-62, in Thursday's opening round. UCLA (32-3) downed Mississippi Valley State, 70-29, to advance.
The teams are familiar with each other and the setting. The Bruins edged the Aggies, 65-62, last season in the Wooden Classic at the Honda Center.
The Aggies have become one of only 10 schools to win an NCAA Tournament game in each of the last three seasons.
Led by first-year coach Mark Turgeon, A&M's 25 wins are the third most in school history. It ties for the most by a first-year coach in the history of any Big 12 school.
Junior Josh Carter led the Aggies in their opening round win against the Cougars, tying his career-high with 26 points and making 6-of-10 three-pointers. Carter's effort tied an A&M record for NCAA play.
Senior Joseph Jones, who celebrated his 22nd birthday on Friday, posted first double-double of the season, scoring 10 points with 12 rebounds.
UCLA is led by freshman center Kevin Love, who averages 17.2 points and 10.6 rebounds per game.
In last year's game in the Wooden Classic, Jones scored 11 points with 13 rebounds while Dominique Kirk added 12 points. Acie Law led A&M with 21 points.
Josh Shipp led UCLA with 18 points and Darren Collison scored 15.
A&M posted a 34-23 rebounding edge, but committed a season-high 20 turnovers. Both teams shot 49.0 percent from the field.
