COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The No. 7 Texas A&M soccer team faces its third top 10 opponent as it hosts No. 10 Oklahoma State on Friday at the Aggie Soccer Stadium. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m.
A&M continues a four-game home stand as Oklahoma comes to town on Sunday for a 1:30 p.m. kickoff.
The Aggies are 8-1-1 overall and 1-0-1 in the Big 12. They sit tied for third in the league with OSU, while Colorado (2-0-1 Big 12) and Nebraska (2-0-0 Big 12) hold the top two spots, respectively.
A&M earned two shutouts last weekend, holding then No. 9 Texas to a 0-0 tie in double overtime and getting its first conference win over Baylor, 1-0, in Waco, Texas.

PROMOTIONS
Friday is Greek Night. Wear your letters and get in free. Fans attending the OSU game can take pictures with all of the Big 12 trophies and the Lone Star Showdown trophy from 2007-08, just bring your own camera. Children who attended the Youth Clinic on Tuesday received a voucher they can use at Friday's game for free general admission.
Sunday is Free Youth Soccer Day and City of Bryan Employee Appreciation. Children who wear their team's jersey get in free and all city employees should check their email for a message from Coach G. Employees can visit a link in the email and buy $2 tickets for their whole family. Fans stick around after the match for a post game autograph session with the team.
DYER BIG 12 DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK AND NSCAA PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Sophomore Jennifer Kmezich and junior Cydne Currie lead the way with four goals each. Sophomore Laura Grace Robinson have three a piece.
A&M RANKS 20TH-BEST SCORING OFFENSE IN THE NATION
The Aggies rank as the 20th-best scoring offense in the nation with 2.6 goals scored per game. The Ags' 8-1-1 record ranks 18th. Dyer is 25th with a .872 save percentage and 32nd with a .610 goals-against average.
BIG 12 PLAYERS OF THE WEEK
In five weeks of competition, Aggie soccer has had five Big 12 Players of the Week, has had three players named to the Soccer Buzz Elite Team of the Week and one selected as the NSCAA Player of the Week. Dyer was most recently chosen for the award, while Young was the last Aggie honored by Soccer Buzz.
THE OFFENSIVE NUMBERS
The Ags have better numbers than their opponents in every offensive category. A&M almost triples its challengers in goals (26-9) and nearly doubles its foes' shots (180-106) and shots on goal (92-50).
HOME SCHEDULE
A&M's home schedule in 2008 is not over yet and will bring lots of excitement to the Aggie Soccer Stadium. The Aggies still play five Big 12 games at home, including four in a row from Oct. 3 to Oct. 12. The last regular season home match is Oct. 19 against Missouri.
