ADELAIDE, Australia - Texas A&M junior Andrea Pavan tied for 17th to help Italy to a fourth-place finish on Sunday at the World Amateur Team Championship at the Royal Adelaide Golf Club and The Grange Golf Club.
Pavan carded a two-over-par total of 75-70-70-77=292. Italy shot five-under as a team to tie with France. Scotland won the title at 20-under, followed by the United States (-11) and Sweden (-6).
Rickie Fowler of the United States captured individual honors by two strokes with a 10-under total of 68-67-70-75=280.
