The McFerrin Athletic Center - Gilliam Indoor Track Stadium will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 8, so that fans have the option of selecting their own seat when purchasing a season ticket package for the 2009 indoor track and field season at Texas A&M.

Seats available for selection will be in sections classified as Gold, Silver and Bronze. Prices for the season tickets are $150 (Gold), $125 (Silver) and $100 (Bronze) and will include five home meets for the Aggies, including the Big 12 Championships and NCAA Indoor Championships.

Texas A&M head coach Allison George, Fabrice Lapierre, Richard Adu-Bobie and Simone Facey.

The 2009 indoor track and field season will be the first time the Aggies will compete at a home venue since the 2004 outdoor season. Many of the top caliber teams visiting the facility will include athletes who competed in the recent Summer Olympics in Beijing.

Texas A&M's home schedule will begin on January 24 with a dual meet against the Texas men and Tennessee women. Then the Aggies host a Big 12 versus SEC showdown on January 30-31 with Texas and Missouri joining Texas A&M on the Big 12 side as they take on a SEC trio of Florida, LSU and Mississippi. The third regular season meet will include a majority of Division I schools from Texas competing in the Texas Invitational on February 13-14 along with Arizona State, USC and Miami.

Postseason action in the new facility will include the Big 12 Conference Championships on February 27-28 followed by the NCAA Indoor Championships on March 13-14. It will be the first time either championship meet will be hosted in the state of Texas.
