COLLEGE STATION - The second-ranked Texas A&M equestrian team will face No. 5 Oklahoma State on the Animal Science Arena grounds in Stillwater, Okla., at 10 a.m. on Saturday.

The Aggies (3-0) have had three weeks to prepare for Oklahoma State with their last competition being an 8-2 hunter seat win over SMU in College Station on Oct. 17. The western riders have been chomping at the bit even longer with their last action coming in a 10-9 win at Kansas State on Oct. 3.

Oklahoma State enters Saturday's competition with a 3-1 mark. The Cowgirls are coming off a 10-9 road loss to Fresno State two weeks ago, a team that the Aggies beat 15-5 to open the season.

OSU began the year on a three match win streak, beating SMU (8-2), New Mexico State (16-4), and Baylor (15-9) all at home. The Cowgirls have won 11 straight home competitions dating back to the 2006-07 season.

The last, and only, time OSU has dropped a home match since switching to the varsity-only format was a 14-12 setback at the hands of the Aggies on March 16, 2007. A&M remains the only team to have beaten every Big 12 school both at home and on the road in the three years of varsity format showing.
