Soccer players wishing to attend the 2009 Texas A&M Soccer Camp should register online for one of four camps being held in College Station this summer.
The camps are for both boys and girls between the ages of 11-18. Two sessions are scheduled in June (6-10 and 10-14) and two more are held in July (11-15 and 15-19).
The residential campers will utilize the same living and playing facilities as the Texas A&M soccer team members and are coached by the Aggie soccer coaches as well as top professional, college, club and high school coaches from around the state, nation and world providing a 7:1 camper to staff ratio at each camp.
"We truly enjoy providing soccer camp opportunities to kids each summer here in Aggieland," said A&M head coach G Guerrieri. "The Aggie soccer camp is widely regarded as the very best soccer camp in America for a number of reasons; the great facilities and how close everything is to each other, the great curriculum which mirrors what we teach our players in our preseason camp, the great staff of professional soccer coaches from colleges and pro teams around the world and just the fun that kids have here each summer."
All campers receive an Adidas soccer and/or goalkeeper jersey, tickets to A&M home soccer matches, an electronically timed 40-yard dash, a 2008 Aggie soccer DVD highlight video, an abdominal strength training booklet, an electronic shot velocity with certificate, a personalized written player evaluation and individualized awards.
